組織架構
目前誠州公司在台灣及中國大陸皆設有公司及工廠，其中在中國大陸員工約800人，在台灣約為30人
本公司營運架構採台灣研發，以大陸製造為主、台灣製造為輔，並且配合客戶交貨地點，可作彈性調整。
本公司實體編置上有工程部門、財務部門、業務部門、物料管理部門、品管部門、行銷企劃部門、技術部門、模具課、端子課、射出課、組裝課等7個部門16課，其中品管、物料、為各地獨立執行外，其於仍由台灣誠州直接主導，目地為控制品質優良，意見統一，且遇問題有統一場所可以回應解決，排除遠地溝通困難之困擾，並且公司目前走向科技化，不定期與國外客戶主管召開視訊會議，以求得第一時間之時效溝通.
